  1. Food bag filling and sealing machine is a kind of equipment used for food packaging, the main function is to fill the food into the bag and seal the bag operation. The following is the detailed introduction about the food bag filling and sealing machine:

  2. Components:
    • Conveying system: it is responsible for conveying the food to be packed from the silo to the filling mechanism to ensure that the food can enter the filling process accurately and stably. Common conveying methods include belt conveying, chain conveying and so on.
    • Filling system: this is the core part of the food bag filling machine, which quantitatively fills the food into the bag according to the set capacity. For foodstuffs in different states (e.g. liquid, powder, granule, etc.), the structure and working principle of the filling system will be different. For example, the filling of liquid food may use pump filling, pumping the liquid to the bag through the pump; powder food filling may use screw propeller and other devices for quantitative delivery.

Heat sealing is to melt the plastic of the sealing part of the bag by heating, and then bonded together under pressure; cold sealing is to use adhesive or mechanical pressure to seal.
    • Control system: Control the operation of the whole equipment, including the setting and adjustment of parameters such as conveying speed, filling volume, sealing temperature and time. The control system can adopt PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen and other advanced control technologies to ensure the stable operation and precise operation of the equipment.
    • Electrical system: Provide power support and signal transmission for the equipment to ensure that each component can work normally. The quality and stability of the electrical system directly affects the operational reliability and safety of the equipment.

    • Firstly, the food bag is installed at the designated position of the filling and sealing machine and the bag opening is opened for the filling operation.

Installation Instructions

Installation and commissioning
