Automatic pouch packaging machine
The RJ-3.0S Full-Servo Intelligent Roll Film Inline Dual-Output Liquid Packaging System is specially designed for straw pouch applications. It integrates pouch forming, dual-output liquid filling, built-in straw insertion, and sealing into a single high-efficiency system. With full-servo control and inline roll film structure, the machine delivers high-speed operation, precise filling, and stable performance. It is ideal for packaging beverages, juices, jelly, and other food-grade liquid products, offering excellent consistency, reliability, and finished pouch quality for large-scale production.
What is a "Straw Pouch"?
A straw pouch is an innovative packaging format formed through integrated horizontal roll film pouch-making technology, featuring a pre-designed straw insertion channel or easy-tear opening for convenient use.
Difference Between Preformed Pouches and Straw Pouches
1. By eliminating independent components such as spouts and caps, the structure is simplified by more than 50%,
fundamentally reshaping cost structure and supply chain efficiency.
2. The system achieves fully integrated "roll film pouch forming - hygienic filling - hermetic sealing, with the inner
pouch remaining in a sealed environment from formation to filling, effectively reducing the risk of secondary contamination.

Installation & Commissioning
A) After the equipment arrives at the Buyer's workshop, the Buyer does unpack, the installation, commissioning and trial production of the equipment within Buyer's own packer. During the installation and commissioning, the Supplier is responsible for corresponding spare parts.
B) Training
The Supplier is responsible for technical training. The training contents includes equipment structure and maintenance, equipment control and operation. The training shall be carried out on line or on Supplier's plant. The Supplier will assign qualified technicians to guide and prepare training programs,
